please help. i cant play my downloaded games on my ePSXe

i downloaded finalfantasy VIII and monster rancher 2 but it does not play. it says *Error loading isofile: [D:\Emulator\Monster Rancher 2
(USA)\Monster Rancher 2 (USA).ISO]

Is it an ECM file?
