pcsx2-0.9.8 Games run slow.

Hi..
I have a laptop with 6GB RAM,
processor is Intel Core i7-QM ,
CPU @ 2.00 GHZ,
Windows 7.

and my my laptop runs pcsx games slowly :S
is that only with games with heavy graphics or is it with all games ?
also, is it my laptops fault or there's something wrong with my sittings ? :)

Is it PCSX or PCSX2?

Ignore what everyone else says..., by the looks of it i have exactly the same specs as you and mine runs at 50-60fps on every game I've ever played. Just fiddle about with the settings, lower the graphics to like 360-500 use direct 3d11 and turn on all of the hacks, Also disable all other programs running so its just the game and you will be fine. To make your computer run as fast as possible download tuneuputilities and it will get rid of all the shit you don't need and make your computer run to its maximum capacity.

Turning hacks on may actually decrease the performance.

can my laptop run pcsx2?

Spec:

-Processor: Intel Celeron B815@1.6 Ghz
-RAM: 2GB
-Win.7
-Standard VGA Graphics Card

If can, please give me the configuration...

I'm surprised you can even run Windows 7 with just 2GB RAM. You're computer doesn't have enough RAM, and your processor is too slow.
