I want to download a RPG Tsukuru (Maker) Ds Rom that was released one or two years ago, but only in Japan.
SO The main question is, Will It be Legal or Illegal to down load the rom?

Well some boards will allow downloading of roms < certain date. But here at EZ ( AFAIK ) we dont permit any talk of rom downloading.

All depends on what country you are in. Many would say its illegal, period. But in my country, if it was never going to get a local release, it would be ok to download it.

Not really, but if you own the official copy, It is legal to have the rom. ;D
