Arcade monitors?

I have been researching these arcade monitors that can plug into your pc box and I am really thinking of getting one in the future. I think it would be a great experience although they seem pretty expensive.

I watched a few YouTube videos of these things and they seem pretty sweet. I think this is the best way to experience MAME on your pc. It just can't feel authentic or legit any other way.

Do any of you guys have one of those or know the best place to get one? I know they are probably not on the mainstream market and i was wondering if the only way to get one is to order them.
