Pokemon FireRed

Hi I have a problem with Pokemon Firered. I am using VisualBoyAdvance and if i click on the mainscreen on start, it says: The 1M-SubCircuit board is not installed. Now my Question, where can i geht this 1M-SubCircuit board?

Ok i got out whats my problem, but now i can't go on, the various buttons will be explained in the order of their importance, and Press A For next, but I cant press A i used all but nothing works. Please help me.

For the Circut board, go to Options, and go to Emulator, then go to save type, then switch the saves to 128k flash, and that problem will go away.

As for the buttons, If you are using a controler you have to manually set up buttons, and if you are using a keyboard, not all buttons are bound to the keys on the keyboard. If you want to know what is which then go to Options, then to joypad, then configue, then to the first setup or the second setup if ur gonna be using a controller. If you configure the 2nd setup, you'll have to switch the default pad setting to the 2nd setup from the same place.

Ok can you tell me which GBA emulator you have and where to download it. Everyone says to just go to options and change the save type but there was never that option on my emulator. The only options it game me were to freeze or defreeze the screen! I'm just really frustrated because all I want to do is play pokemon but I'm having so many issues!
