is this configuration enough?

Hello to all I am new to this forum

my pc spec are as under

intel core 2 duo e7500 2.93
2gb ddr2 ram kingston
g31m-es2l ( it has PCIE x16) mother board
500gb hdd
graphic card g31/g33

is this configuration enough for dolphin emulator to emulatate dragon ball budokai tenkaichi 3 (pal) in good fps

and i get around 25 fps 30 max in pcsx2 dragon ball budokai tenkaichi 3 ps2 version

and i get a geforce 9400gt graphic card then will my pc be able to emulate games with nice framerate at pcsx2 and dolphin emulator

If you're using Vista or W7 you'll want at least double the ram for emulating newer systems. Bear in mind the emulators are still WIP though so results will vary from game to game on any PC.
