Does anyone know where I can download a Speech Synthesizer I want to sound like a Transformer LOL

I cannot guarantee free alternatives, but you can try AV Voice Changer or Screaming Bee's MorphVOX in its Pro and Junior (free)* versions.

* I don't know the limitations of this.
