Steel Gunner 1 and 2

Could i please have some information on how to get the middle red target to move on these two games. I love both of them but i can only use the blue target, the one in the middle is stationary. If anybody has any answers two these two great Namco games i would appriciate it. Am i missing something in the control section. I do appriciate it.:(:confused:

Just hit TAB in-game and set whatever controls you want to use for Player 2 = red target.

FatTrucker i still can't play Steel Gunner 1 and 2 i did wat you told me and i got the player 2 to aim but thiers a red target in the middle of the screen and it's always right in the middle and it won't move at all. The bullets come out of that stationary target, I forgot what the arcade game looked like that target moved with no problem in the arcades i played those two games a few times and finished them, but the mame version won't let me play that game i don't know why. If you have it try it out and maybe you'll see what i mean otherwise i'm lost:(:confused:. Dave P.

You can use F1 to turn the crosshairs off entirely. However from Mame 0.131 there is a new crosshaor menu option in the TAB menu that allows you to turn the crosshairs on or off individually and qill automatically turn off P2 crosshair if its left inactive for a certain period of time.

I tried these games this morning and both crosshairs map controls and move without problems.
