Ape Escape on EPSXE

I have my computer hooked up to a PS1 USB Adaptor and the controllor works (the buttons do) but I am trying to calibrate the controllers joysticks to work with Ape Escape.

BTW im using an ISO

Is Ape Escape Compatable with this setup? otherwise, how can get it to work?
