To recall old times

IT's my first post in this forum and i will tell you i don;t arcade to much but anyway i am searching for the best arcade game i have ever played

IT was with one hero starting the game with the bicycle
One other starting with some skateboard
And a nigger with a rap hat by the red color

Any one knows the name cause i have forgotten it and i need to play it to recall some beatiful moments of my life.

Anyway i found the game made by kaneko which is BAD RAP BOYS

MAME can't play it could you tell me an emulator to play it.??????????
