Anyway there are other emulators with link support that don&#39;t need a bios( though I haven&#39;t tried any of them yet) ,you should check the main site.

I think He&#39;s asking for the multi plugin, For the Emulator.

And that&#39;s forbiden because...

I think because it might be shareware, i.e. non-free.

Nobody requested something illegal as there is a free NO&#036;GBA version that supports multiplayer games.
