Info from MAME32FX 0.118 along with mameinfo.dat 0.118
It's a Neo-Geo game, so you will need the Neo-Geo Bios (neogeo.zip) and SNK vs. CAPCOM SVC CHAOS Rom (svc.zip). And your MAME has to be atleat 0.103u2 althou I recommend 0.118.Quote:

Capcom vs Snk and Snk vs Capcom are different games. Snk vs Capcom: Chaos (made by SNK) is playable on mame but you can't play Capcom vs Snk or Capcom vs SNK 2 (made by Capcom) on mame since they are released on Sega's naomi arcade system which is not emulated yet. They are available for consoles ( Capcom vs Snk on playstation and dreamcast, dreamcast version is better and Capcom vs SNK 2 on dreamcast, PS2, xbox and gamecube) so you can play console versions with dreamcast and ps emulators.
You also need pretty much bang up to date roms to run in Mame 0.118 as the last update was in 0.116u2.
If the roms you source are prior to that build you will need a build earlier than 0.116u2 to run them.
