vba glitch controls locked

I have been running into this problem some time but when I load up a game in visualboyadvance sometimes my controls will be locked for unknown reason I've tried to restart my settings I clean my keyboard I did everything and I still run into the same problem I don't know what to do please send me feedback on this problem

Check keybord keys and sticky keys in control panel.

And did you try vba-m its a continuation of vba but im recomend more MGBA.

i undid the sticky keys but the control lock still happen

Change emulator and problems gone.
