Update No$GBA to the latest version - 23 May 2013 - version 2.7

The emulator is currently on the version 2.7 , but in the page here on emulator-zone the version is only 2.6a

humm, i downloaded the v2.7 from your site but it's still the v2.6a, there's a problem, to get the v2.7 we have to donate something, i can donate 1$ and post the link here and you would update it, but i think it wouldn't be cool/very legal
