I got the filters to work, but everytime I try to switch to fullscreen the emulator crashes. It seems to be a problem with directx. Anyone have a solution?

Hello , sorry for the bad english , I 'm Brazilian and I used google translator to get to talk with you .
I'm having the same problem , all the emulators I use any kind of filter function normally , my only problem is with the SSF . it crashes every time I open the program in fullscreen with filters attached .
I'm using Windos 8.1 with updated drivers and directx9 installed.
My hardware configuration is :
Processor: Intel Core i7 4790k
Motherboard : Asrock Z97
Memory: 8GB DDR3 2400MHz
Video Card : 3GB R9 280X
Already tried to change the resolution of your desktop to see if that was what could be affecting him when I opened in fullscreen , but it did not work .
