Sony to permit emulation of PS1, PS2, and PSP games

Is it possible for Sony to permit emulation of PS1, PS2, and PSP games on devices such as Android or PC, even if it is not legally authorized?

I am solely inquiring whether Sony would allow such emulation if I personally own both the console and game. Additionally, I am curious if there is a distinction between using downloaded BIOS and ROMs from games that I possess versus manually extracting the files.

None of this has anything to do with Sony.
Emulation is legal - Sony lost a case on this years ago.
Downloading and linking of roms is matter of a country's laws - some disallow it, some others don't care.
