Psychonauts 1 Preview Build - Help?

Hi all! I made an account especially for this.

I came across the .bin and .cue files for a Psychonauts 1 preview build a while back. I have Xemu and I have these files, but I can't figure out how to convert the files into a playable .iso

I have both the .bin and .cue files on google drive if anyone wants to take a crack at it, but I'd definitely like to learn this myself since I'm new to emulation and have never done this before. I tried using winbin2iso to convert, but the program keeps crashing when I try to export it to an .iso so I'm kind of at a loss on my end unless anyone knows of a better program.

Psychonauts 1 is literally my favorite game of all time and I'm dying to see what this preview build looks like...

Notice: 64-bit builds can work but have been known to create faulty images. Until this is fixed, use 32b builds.
