Nestopia: A+B don't work?

i've recently download Nestopia (v1.15.1) and SMB3 rom to speedrun the game but when I start the game i found that you cannot run and jump at the same time. I have to stop pushing b then push a to jump so I cannot fast or do specific jump.
It is very strange because when i see people speedrunning the game with the same version of nestopia, A+B work.
So is there a problem with the version that i've download, the rom or it is something else?

You need set turbo buttons also called autofire.

thank you but, for example, does auto-fire A has to be the same key as A button or I have to put A and B button as default and only configure turbo button?

@X3NOD They should have other key.

Those turbo aka autofire are just buttons pressed twice or more.
