Is this good comp for ps2 emulation?

I found this comp on craigslist for 420$. It looks like a really good deal, what do you guys think

The quad core is an over kill, and 8 gig is way more then you need. a gtx 460 is not that bad. I dont see this system giving you much trouble.

Damn, $420 dollars is cheap for that computer. Thats around 260 pounds and I paid 349 pounds for my heap of crap...
