Is There A Gba Emulator That Works For The Ppc?

I need to get a GBA emulator for the pocket pc, Free preferably, Morph Gear charges for their emulator and I don't have the money :(
 
There's one on the EZ homepage.....

PocketGBA 1.0 is a Gameboy Advance emulator for Pocket PC. It is freeware.
