How's emulation for PS3 & Xbox 360 era

Mainly SvR 2007 to 2K14, are they fully playable with little to no graphical issues, sound glitches, game crashes or freezes or low framerate or slowdowns?
Is RPCS3 (PS3 emulator) or Xenia (360 emulator) better for SvR 2008 to 2K14?

You should check RCPS3 Compatability there: https://rpcs3.net/compatibility
But maybe you will need a lot of patience to test configuration. Also it depends of your spec. These emulator need a good hardware to run properly
