Framefiles for Daphne

I hope I am in the right forum here.
Trying to get Daphne working, but I am having trouble with the framefiles.
Well there in lies the problem. I don't even know what these are.
Is there a place where I can get them? (I hope this question is allowed, don't know if they are protected)
And if not downloadable somewhere, how does one go about making Framefiles.

Yeah I read that as well. However I also read that there are the files out there. Someone said to google it, but even after I did I could not find any.
Also there is a program that lets you make them, but I can not make heads or tailes out of it.
