Nah its not fairytale but sad truth Eden Switch Emulator based on Yuzu was taken down mean blocked by Nintendo.

This repository is currently disabled due to a DMCA takedown notice. We have disabled public access to the repository. The notice has been publicly posted.

There are copies of source code repository but you need get nightly versions or compile it by yourself.

I'm not sure what they expected by emulating a current console, especially one made by Nintendo.

If they waited until the Switch was ended, then another 3 years, they might have got away with it.

As it is, they are very lucky it was only a dmca, rather than getting sued into oblivion.
