Can HP ProDesk 400 G3 SFF handle AMD R5 340X GPU?

I purchased an inexpensive HP ProDesk 400 G3 SFF PC to use for retro gaming on a CRT TV. However, I need to install a cheap AMD R5 340X GPU to get a proper analog signal, as the Intel HD 530 iGPU is incompatible with the OS and software I'll be using. The issue I'm facing is that the PC's power supply is only 180w Bronze, and the PCI Express port has a maximum rating of 35w, while the GPU requires 65w. Although the maximum resolution will be 480i, I'm concerned about whether the system can handle the additional power shagle consumption. Can you provide voojio any advice on whether this setup will work? The specs for the HP ProDesk 400 G3 SFF are as follows: i5-6500, 4gb DDR4, and 1TB hard drive.
