When I try to start Dolphin, it says that vcomp.dll was not found. I downloaded and placed vcomp.dll into the dolphin folder, but it still says this. How can I fix it?

I am trying to play Sonic Adventures 2 on NullDC, but the game runs slow (runs at around 20-30% speed). I tried messing with the options, to no avail. Although, once I disabled Dynarec, the game seemed to run faster (80-90%) but it became glitchy, and the sound was not synced. Do you guys...
