Which version of mame do you use in your cabinet? MAME 0144 or MAME32? I have been using 0144 but I am thinking about switching to 32. What are the benefits of each on a cabinet?

I made some updates to my arcade recently and dropped the newest version of MAME in. Dear GOD all my favorite games are DOA. Basic games like Pacman and Asteroids all the way through some of the newest. Where can I find the latest ROMS? This has been killing me for weeks!
