I know about usb devices but i heard that there is a time delay.and i would prefer HiDef if possible

You will have to find a TV to PC/laptop converter of some kind.

First... You need to have patience.. Not even half an hour went by and you were already asking again.. No one here likes that crap..

Secondly, I have never seen a laptop take input like that.. much less through any hi-def port. You will have to buy an external USB TV Tuner that comes with RCA plugs or some other plugs to suit your needs.

It will probably suck
