Heeeeeeeeeeelp!

Howdy to everyone, I am totally new to this emulator stuff, I have tried to download a few emulators and roms, but I just can't seem to get anything working, I am trying to use the FCEU emulator, Is there anyone willing to help explain to me how to simply get a rom working on an emulator?

Have you tried loading .doc documents in Microsoft Word for example? Remember File --> Open?

The same way goes with emulators.
