as far as i know there is something to hack ur psp to trick it so it enables flash player but you will have to spend many fun hours going through all the other crap google will show you first because i dont have a link

Theres an option on recovery menu on custom firmwares to enable the flash player (and WMA playback), but for normal sony released firmwares I think the only option is to enable it the offical way.
