Move the window

When I run epsxe in windowed mode it always starts the game in the middle of the screen. Is there a way to move it so I have it in a corner somewhere?

You can move that window in the same way you move other ones.

I've never been able to do that. As soon as the mouse focuses on the game window I am not able to move it.

It works for me but anyway, try this way:

Find the tab for ePSXe's window in the taskbar, right click on it and select move.
A move cursor will appear at the framebar, you can now either use keyboard or a mouse to move the window.
