I was try all the guide how to improve the speed, what to change in the emulator options.
anything don't work

in the start it's fast but when the game start it down to 60%-75%
i of course use in No%Gba 2.4b

My Computer:
AMD Athlon64 3000+
Geforce 6600GT Extreme
1024 RAM

Buy a powerful computer or wait for the developer to improvement the speed in the future. There is nothing you can do about it. :)

Make sure you have 2.4b as latest update. Go to options>emulation setup>emulation speed then drop it down to unlimited mhz-disaster, 10% or anything to suit your speed. Oh, yeah...try to turn sound off in the options as well because the faster you increase the speed and sound is getting bad. Normal speed is the best result for the sound to hear better anyway you got an idea. If they are not helpful then you dont have powerful computer to do that then you will have to wait for speed to improvement in the near future.

THX :)Go to Nintendo Emulation and Games search up NO$GBA and it might help you a little with speed.

AGo to No$gba, load your game then click Options and click Emulation Set up and follow the instruction and you will understand.
