I need to know how to play the GEN roms with a joy stick, as opposed to the keyboard? I can't do it. PLEASE HELP/

Download the latest version of Gens. Start the emulator and select 'options' then 'joypads' then 'redefine'. You can now assign your joypad controls to Gens.

If the pad you are using isn't supported try using Joy2key (http://www.electracode.com/4/joy2key/JoyToKey%20English%20Version.htm). instead.
