Game pad issue

I'm trying to set the keys for my Wingman Rumblepad to play Ogre Battle. It was working fine, but I went out of the emulator and back later and the settings have changed. When I click on "Set keys" it seems to just freeze up and I have to close the emulator with the task manager. Has anyone had this issue or know what do?
I tried to find the latest driver for the game pad, but even Logitech does not have it.
