Sure.. Break into the company who made the game, find the PC will all the uncompiled source code and artwork and other misc files, get out without being caught, make your changes, rob a bank to pay a company to make a master & bootable disc for you.

...How were you expecting to write such changes to the PSX CD ? That's assuming the files could be found at all.

The question is not that weird. There are "change-kits" for many games out. You could do the same for a PSX ISO and burn it to play on a modded one.
Did you ever check how many people have edited Tecmo World Cup (NES IIRC)?

I know you can edit an ISO, but my point still stands.. If you can even find the files at all.

And what does editing an NES game have to do with this?

There was a patch to bring up this game to date, but the last time I saw it was in 2004. If you want to edit wresting games, Try WWF No Mercy.

The game or the patch? Asking for games is not allowed.

You gave me the idea you thought it was a weird question. Therefore I wanted to show that editing is done a lot, especially with that particular NES game.
