How do i install this nintendo emulator

Im trying to install this emulator i just downloaded and i unzipped it in a new folder. Its not letting me do anything. It says that the web needs to find the appropriate software to play it can somebody help this is my first time ever installing a emulator. Thanks

If your talking about the old 8-bit Nintendo emulators this site has good ones like this one I'm thinking you got it from one of those dam Peer 2 Peer's

Maybe he downloaded it on limewire or something, and it's like 2kb.
Then it's a virus. :confused:
