You may need to convert it back into an ISO.
It really depends on what formats the game image and soundtrack are in?. I have a European version that runs from an ISO and a US versions that contains a .bin image for the game and 35 individual mp3 tracks.
If you have the latter case then simply put the sound tracks into the same folder as the game.bin.
If the tracks are in a single sound file, what format is it in and what is it called?.
