When I Try Loading A Gmae On Epsxe the screen freezes?.
How do i fix that.
Im running it on my:
intel p4 3.8ghz
1024Mb DdrRam
250gb Hard Drive

That could be your graphic plugin - try out some different video plugins like Pete`s openGL .

BTW im trying to load grand theft auto liberty city stories for ps2

ePSXe is a PlayStation (PSX) emulator.

for ps2 games, you will need pcsx2 and a much faster computer than what you have.

Even then, liberty city is not playable atm.. as you can only get the intro.
