Name that game?

I know alot of people probably know the name of this game but I don't so...it's a megaman version of street fighter basically. You can pick between megaman, bass, and megaman's nemesis (can't remember his name but he has red armor) then fight the various bad guys created buy Doctor Wily. Any help is good help:o

Thats megaman power battles. Not the second one. The seond one had one more character. which I don't know his name. Also please don't ask were to get it!
