The original PlayStation is woefully underpowered and is no good as an emulation platform.

It can't even emulate an SNES, and the NES emulator I tried a year or so back was far from complete and bug-free (not all games worked, etc). It's too much of a hassle to even bother hunting things like this down. But you may want to try looking at Zophar's Domain

i know there is a realy good one i used to have but i cant
remember the name coz i had a ps1 bit it acctualy exploded
but ive still got all my games

There are several decent emulators for the ps1.
here they are

1).PSXeven_v0.19 (The Best Quality, Third best Compatiblity)

2).Pcsx 1.5 (A Third Best Quality & Second Best Compatibilty)

3).epsxe 1.60 or epsxe 1.52 (Best Compatibility But poor quality)

4).SSSPSX ver 32 (Second Best Quality & Forth Best Compatibilty)

5).pSX ver 1.11 (Decent Compatibility & Decent Quality But Easiest To Configure)
