How do you run the emulator what program do you use

VisualBoyAdvance doesn't need any program to run it, you just need ROM images (games) to load on. We won't tell you where to get them, since it's against the forum rules, but you can use Google (http://www.google.com) for all you needs.

go to www.rarsoft.com and download WinRAR. You should be able to decompress the files
