How do you get the SF3: New Generation, SF3: Fight for Future and SF3: 3rd Strike to run? It stated missing sf3000.chd , 3ga0000.chd, 33s0000.chd file. Where to obtained these?

First, do not ask for these. ROM/ISO requests are not allowed here.
Second, these games are not emulated yet, so they won't run anyway. Your best bet would be to obtain the Sega Dreamcast versions and use NullDC or Chankast.
