& still i have used the CR & a ISO image of it
i read that i need a patch i have the australian PAL
if someone could please give me their copy of ePSXe with out the bios as i have it
i would appriciate it
or is their a PS emulator that can work with out patches??

when i load the disc i get a black screen(i read this is due to copy protect on it)

configure your emulator properly.
make sure you got the proper plugins for your machine.
suggest you use peops for video.

where u get ur ISO for the game? not all iso's are always ripped properly. Just a suggestion, mabey try another ISO. I got a site if u need a diffrent ISO.. its not a torrent its a direct DL

Which means that you have no video or musics included from the game. Then we can't help you much unless you have to wait a little longer more to wait till you manage to play the game if possible.

Pretty much useless if that image file is RIPPED one. You have to wait for a little longer to see it skipped the 'null' movie.
Alternatively, get a complete one instead.

you said you ripped it right and it's was Australian that means that u need the Australian bios and not the PAL version

ps1/ps2 BIOS are not region dependent. You can use a PAL BIOS and play US/Japanese games perfectly.
Also.. the Australian BIOS is the PAl BIOS...
