Does pSX 1.11 support ISO?
Because pSX 1.11 can't open them when I try to...

Yes it supports iso's. Did you make the iso yourself? If not you might not find
help here.

Need a bit more information really. Does it give you an error message?. What does the screen look like. Is the ISO zipped?, etc, etc.

PSX 1.11 should open any Playstation ISO. Its possible you haven't installed the correct Playstation bios files, as the emulator will try to choose the correct one dependent on whether an ISO is US, Jap, or Euro.
