Games not working

I already got the MAME32 0.114, but now the games r not working it gives me an " Error: Required files are missing, the game can not be run" what is the problem n where r the files that i need for the game to run?

If you can post up a bit more info about what you were trying to do, which game(s) is the problem, and when you get the error message etc then I'm sure someone will be able to help. Common problems are: keep roms zipped when you have downloaded them (don't extract), and put them complete in the folder named "roms".

It's very simple, really. Let us know how you get on. The more info, the better.

I'm getting this problem with all my roms for mame for example the Samurai showdown IV zip i have only contains 14 files and when i audited the rom using mame32 there was a very long list of missing files. Now I am very very new to mame but i think i'm just not getting my roms from a good source:(

You need neo geo bios file to play neo geo games. But don't ask where to find. It is easy to find. Just download neogeo.zip file and put it your roms folder.
