ocarina of time help

now i got adult link finally!
in the past i missed some Gold spiders and i want to return link back seven years, how can i do that? I tried the song of time and zeldas song in the temple in front of the spiritual stones with no luck.
also, how do i get the bow and the arrows?

Return the Master Sword to the Pedestal of Time in the Temple of Time. Read the dialogue carefully. Sheik must have told you about that when you first took the Master Sword.

I havein't play in a VERY long time but I thought you had to put the sword back were you got it from?

Yes, I forgot about that. You must beat the Forest Temple since Sheik is blocking the Pedestal of Time.
