Every commercial shop out there. Ds's costs $129 dollars Canadien.
But if your talking about Ds lite, then stores should still be selling it at $149.

If that doesnt help, then try ebay.

you can go down to the U.S were a brand new ds lite cost $129 or a new old ds cost $100. this would help a bit to know so you can save some U.S dollarsand get one.
