Does anyone know where I can get a decent PS Emulator and a FFVII Game?

Well, can anyone give me a link to any websites where I can get these? And maybe a guide to set up the PS Emulator?

Happily the other part of your request is easier to solve. You can get ePSXe and PSX, two excellent PS1 emulators from the PS1 section on this site. (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/) Bear in mind you need to acquire the necessary bios files to run them which are also prohibited by the above rules but creative use of your search engine of choice is usually a winner.
