Snes: super mario

N64: Ocarina of time

Gba: four swords

Ds: New super mario bros, (but cant wait till phontom hourglass comes out)

gamecube: wind waker or sunshine.

Donkey Kong Country.
Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest.
Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie's Kong Double Trouble.
Super Mario All-Stars (Super Mario Bros. 1, 2, 3 and Lost Levels aka Japanese Super Mario Bros 2. There's another version that contains Super Mario World).
Super Mario World.
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
Sparkster.
Super Castlevania IV.
Castlevania: Dracula X/Vampire's Kiss.
Nintendo 64:

Super Mario 64 (It's a must).
The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time.
The Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Banjo-Kazooie.
Banjo-Tooie (may crash on emulators).
Donkey Kong 64 (still some issues that make this game a bit unplayable).
Conker's Bad Fur Day.
Yoshi's Story (emulation issues: buggy graphics, fucked up aspect ratio).
