when i start i pick the 3 option but what letter i have to press to continue it's the touch screen thing but in no$gba which is the letter for the touch screen?

Click this ball in the middle. You must have firmware.bin to make the touch screen works. :)

and i have it but when i click it doesn't work with the left click the name of the firmware.bin is my file is it good?

try to exit your no$gba and try again. Make sure you do not have any sites running so it might be interfence with this sensitive touchscreen. Mine is running good but speed is slow.

strange because mine is running just fine but again, it's slow. :)

Edit: No differences between japan and usa because you will get the same result you are having problem with jap. INDEED!
