hi i have a ati radeon 9250 on my agp slot and an nvidia geforce 4 mx400 on my pci . i was wondering can i can combine the processing power of both in some way.

I think not. The only way you can make two video cards work together is with Sli technology in case of nVidia cards and Crossfire technology in case of ATI cards.

No , you can't.:excl: You wanna to do SLI , cos' when you combine to Video Cards , you are doing SLI.:)
But to do SLI the two Video Cards must be similar with their GPU's...:)
For Example::glare:
To do a combine with two Video Cards , the two Video Cards must be similar with their GPU's ; :)
To do SLI you must have two Nvidia Geforce 7300LE similar or other two similar Video Cards...:o
But if you wanna to combine two other Video Cards with different GPU's like ATi 9250 and Nvidia Geforce 440MX , you can't do SLI or can't combine. :excl:
